We service the Goulburn Valley and surrounds, with delivery included within 40km of Numurkah. If you’re outside this area, a travel fee may apply. Please get in touch with us via email to find out if we are able to service your area.

Yes – as long as the space is flat, dry, shaded and safe. Grass, concrete or decking is fine with our protective mats. We recommend undercover or indoor setups for the best experience.

The safety of your little ones and the protection of our equipment are our top priorities. In the event of poor weather such as rain, extreme heat, or strong winds, we may need to cancel or adjust your booking if we believe safety could be compromised.

We always check the forecast in the lead-up to your event and will chat with you about any concerns, including a suitable backup plan. Please note: if no acceptable wet-weather option is available, no refund can be offered on the day. For this reason, we strongly recommend having an indoor or sheltered space available so your celebration can continue, rain or shine.

Our jumping castle add on is strictly for indoor use only. This ensures the safety of children, prevents weather-related risks, and protects the equipment from damage. Please make sure your chosen venue has adequate indoor space for setup before booking.

Our setups are perfect for babies and toddlers aged 0–5 years. Older children are welcome to join in, but our equipment is specially designed for younger children’s safety. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Our standard soft play setups need around 5m x 5m of clear space. We’ll confirm details when you book to make sure the fit is perfect for your venue.

The castle itself measures 2.5m x 2.5m, but we require a total area of up to 9x8m depending on the set up to allow for safe setup, anchoring, and supervised play. Please ensure the space is flat, clear of obstacles, and away from sharp objects, walls, or overhead hazards.

Standard hire is for 4 hours. Extra time can be arranged for an additional fee.

Absolutely! We handle everything from delivery and setup to pack down at the end, so you can focus on enjoying the party.

Simply fill in our booking form or message us directly with your event details. Once confirmed, we’ll secure your date with a 50% booking deposit. Your booking is not confirmed unless a deposit is paid.

Yes, a refundable bond of $200 is required with your booking which is to be paid in full 7 days prior to your event. Once the equipment has been inspected after pick up, we will process your bond refund to the same account it was paid from within 5 business days.

Tip: We strongly recommend assigning a dedicated adult to supervise the play area at all times. Not only is adult supervision essential for safety, but it also helps ensure the equipment is used gently and prevents any rough or damaging play.

We kindly ask that no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, glitter or sharp objects are used on the soft play equipment. This keeps it safe and sparkling clean for everyone.

Definitely! Our soft play can be hired on its own or as part of a package with our photobooth for the ultimate celebration experience.
